Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend events and functions
- Manage guest check-ins, ticket scanning, and venue access control
- Coordinate with event staff to ensure seamless operations
- Prepare and maintain event spaces according to client specifications
- Handle basic troubleshooting for AV equipment and venue amenities
- Assist with setup and breakdown of event installations
- Uphold strict safety and cleanliness standards throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic knowledge of event management software preferred
- Positive attitude and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Must pass background check and drug screening
