Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during peak weekend and overnight hours
- Manage guest check-ins, reservations, and special requests efficiently
- Monitor security protocols and emergency procedures during night shifts

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability to work weekends (Fri-Sun) and night shifts (10 PM-6 AM)

- Valid Nevada gaming license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in reservation systems and basic POS software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
