Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to resort guests during weekend check-ins and check-outs
- Manage front desk operations including reservations, billing inquiries, and concierge services
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with event setup and weekend activities as needed
- Uphold strict safety and cleanliness standards throughout the property
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
