- Deliver premium guest service during weekend check-in/check-out processes
- Manage room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping team

- Process payments and operate POS systems accurately

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible schedule during peak holiday periods
