Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across resort amenities including pools, spas, and entertainment venues
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest inquiries with professionalism
- Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless weekend operations and event support
- Maintain pristine facility standards through regular inspections and maintenance coordination
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems
- Assist with weekend events, promotions, and guest entertainment activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays
- Valid Nevada hospitality or gaming work permit if required
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic knowledge of resort operations and safety protocols
