Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage resort amenities including pool access, activity bookings, and concierge services
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest request fulfillment
- Uphold brand standards through immaculate facility appearance and safety protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries with proactive problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 10 PM shifts)
- Proficient in POS systems and basic reservation software
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record for occasional errands
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours with occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
- Exceptional communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred (training provided if needed)
