Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservation systems and ensure seamless check-in/check-out processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards across all guest areas
- Contribute to weekend inventory management and stock replenishment
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or hospitality experience
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and reservation software
- Proven problem-solving skills with a positive attitude
- Must be 18+ and able to stand for extended periods
- Valid Illinois Food Handler's Certificate preferred
