Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and assistance during weekend check-in/check-out processes
- Manage resort amenities and facilities to ensure pristine conditions for weekend guests
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless weekend operations
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately using resort systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Assist with weekend events and recreational activities as scheduled
- Maintain detailed logs of guest interactions and facility status
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome
- Flexible weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 8am-8pm)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced weekend environment
- Basic computer proficiency for resort management systems
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Valid driver's license (for resort shuttle operations if applicable)
