Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during weekend check-ins and check-outs

- Uphold brand standards and cleanliness protocols
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience required
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) plus holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Philadelphia local residents strongly preferred
