Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs efficiently using our digital systems
- Assist with event setup and venue maintenance during weekend operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain strict cleanliness and safety standards
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer proficiency and tech-savviness
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Valid Florida driver's license (for venue transport duties)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility to cover occasional weekday events
