Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at hotel lobbies, event registration desks, and VIP lounges
- Manage guest check-ins, room assignments, and concierge services
- Coordinate with event teams for seamless setup and breakdown operations
- Handle high-volume transactions using POS systems and reservation software
- Maintain pristine venue standards through continuous cleanliness checks
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and local area knowledge
- Assist with inventory management and supply replenishment
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-4pm or 2pm-12pm shifts)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficient with mobile payment systems and basic tech
- Positive attitude with adaptability to fast-paced environments
