Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend operations including staff scheduling and inventory control
- Train and mentor new team members on service standards and safety protocols
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during peak weekend hours
- Monitor sales performance and implement upselling strategies
- Coordinate with security teams for crowd management during weekend events
- Prepare daily shift reports and submit to management team
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Flexible availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-10pm)
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Valid Tennessee Food Handler's Certificate (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic knowledge of Nashville tourism and local attractions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
