Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to high-profile guests in luxury hotel setting
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with event setup and VIP guest experiences
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Valid DC hospitality license (ServSafe certification preferred)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to lift 25lbs and stand for extended periods
