Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine enthusiasm and attention to detail
- Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and check-in/check-out processes
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations

Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, customer-facing environments

- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- 18+ years old with valid work authorization
