Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests across all touchpoints
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and cash handling with precision
- Assist with venue operations including setup, maintenance, and breakdown
- Uphold strict safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Support inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Nevada gaming license (if applicable)
