Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all resort touchpoints including check-in, concierge, and dining assistance
- Manage weekend guest inquiries with prompt, friendly resolutions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Assist with weekend event setup and guest activities
- Maintain pristine common areas and amenities
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Ability to work efficiently in high-traffic environments
- Flexibility to adapt to changing guest needs
- Valid Georgia driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Must be 18+ years old
