Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during weekend peak hours (Fri-Sun)
- Manage reservations, seating, and waitlist operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless service flow
- Ensure venue cleanliness and safety standards compliance
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Assist with weekend inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible weekend availability (Friday-Sunday shifts)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic POS system proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Georgia food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of Atlanta tourism/hospitality landscape preferred
