Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across weekend shifts with attention to detail
- Manage reservations and optimize seating arrangements for peak weekend traffic
- Train and mentor part-time weekend staff on service standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless weekend operations
- Implement upselling strategies to maximize weekend revenue
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly during high-volume periods
- Maintain cleanliness and ambiance standards across all weekend service areas
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) plus weekday training
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and reservation software
- Flexibility to work evenings, holidays, and special events
- Valid New York State food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during weekend shifts
