Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in fast-paced restaurant or event settings
- Manage guest orders, payments, and reservations using POS systems
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following health standards
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend rushes
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and inventory management
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Adapt to rotating weekend schedules (Fri-Sun shifts available)
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires!
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Reliable transportation to Louisville locations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
