Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during weekend shifts
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins/outs and payment processing
- Assist with event setup and venue maintenance tasks
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
