Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to resort guests with a warm, professional demeanor
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for weekend functions and weddings
- Maintain pristine cleanliness standards in common areas and guest facilities
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless weekend operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and resort standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged to apply)
- Availability for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) and some holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license preferred for local errands
