- Deliver exceptional guest service with genuine Southern hospitality
- Manage weekend check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Maintain pristine standards for public and back-of-house areas
- Support event coordination and weekend activities
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Valid Louisiana hospitality certification preferred
- Knowledge of New Orleans attractions and culture a plus
