Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during weekend check-in/check-out processes
- Manage reservation systems and handle payment transactions accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries and issues with prompt, professional solutions
- Maintain pristine lobby and common area standards throughout shifts
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Execute upselling strategies for resort amenities and services
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with reservation software (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Florida driver's license (for property shuttle duties)
