Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services and assist with inquiries at our premium urban retreat
- Manage weekend check-in/check-out processes with precision and warmth
- Coordinate with maintenance and security teams for seamless operations
- Execute weekend event setups and VIP guest experiences
- Maintain pristine facility standards during high-traffic periods
- Process payments and manage weekend cash operations
- Act as brand ambassador through exceptional weekend customer service
Qualifications
- 1+ years in hospitality, customer service, or event coordination
- Weekend availability essential (Saturdays & Sundays, 7am-3pm)
- Philadelphia local with deep knowledge of city attractions
- Proficient in POS systems and reservation management
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments
- Valid Pennsylvania hospitality or food handler certification preferred
- Multi-lingual abilities a strong plus
