Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during peak weekend operations
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements for weekend events
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service execution
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown for weekend events
- Contribute to maintaining a pristine, welcoming environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in high-energy weekend environments
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Flexible schedule for occasional holiday coverage
- Valid Washington DC Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
