Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations and ensure seamless service delivery
- Train and mentor new team members on service standards and protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries and elevate service quality in real-time
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for weekend supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all guest areas
- Process transactions and manage POS systems accurately

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years of age)
- Availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) with flexible scheduling
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and digital tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's preferred (training provided)
