Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences during Saturday/Sunday operations
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation coordination
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain pristine facility standards and uphold brand excellence
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately
- Assist with event setup and weekend special programming coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with weekday freedom
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hospitality management software (e.g., Opera, Propertyware)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Certification in First Aid/CPR is a plus
- Must pass background check and drug screening
