Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during weekend events and peak hours
- Manage venue operations including check-ins, inventory, and event setup/teardown
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalate complex issues to management
- Maintain clean and safe environments according to company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless weekend operations
- Process transactions and handle cash handling procedures accurately
- Adapt to flexible scheduling based on event calendars and operational needs
Qualifications
- Availability to work exclusively Saturday and Sunday shifts (6am-11pm)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if required for transport duties)
- Flexible schedule with no weekday availability required
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
