- Deliver outstanding customer service across all guest touchpoints
- Manage venue operations during peak weekend hours (10 AM - 10 PM)
- Coordinate event setups and ensure premium venue presentation
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability for every Saturday and Sunday shift
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic POS system proficiency and cash handling experience
- Valid Michigan Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
