Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate weekend staff during peak Saturday-Sunday operations
- Ensure exceptional guest service across all touchpoints
- Manage inventory and operational logistics for weekend shifts

- Train new weekend staff on service standards and protocols

Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Unavailability for weekday shifts (Saturday/Sunday availability mandatory)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in high-energy weekend environments
- Valid California food handler/safety certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
