Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and within OSHA guidelines.
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas and maintain a tidy workspace to prevent accidents.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and discrepancies, reporting issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and safety goals.
- Follow all company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) strictly.
- Assist in the preparation of customer orders and packaging materials.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and comprehend instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Must possess a valid driver's license or be able to operate warehouse machinery.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
