Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move stock and materials.
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately fulfill customer orders with speed and precision, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse system.
- Load and Unload Vehicles: Efficiently load and unload trailers, trucks, and shipping containers using proper lifting techniques.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with Team: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory tracking.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
