Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping, adhering to strict quality standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet our premium standards before dispatch.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve logistical challenges promptly.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Documentation: Ability to read, interpret, and complete basic shipping and receiving documentation.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus.
