Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products safely using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Organization: Maintain orderly warehouse aisles and storage areas to maximize efficiency and safety.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Customer Service: Assist in preparing orders for delivery to ensure timely distribution.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with rotating shifts.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; experience is not required.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to follow instructions and complete paperwork.
