Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily performance targets and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory control and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Handle package preparation and labeling efficiently during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team setting.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
