Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely, ensuring all cargo is handled with care.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately to meet daily production targets and customer expectations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency throughout the shift.
- Assist in quality control by inspecting products for damage or defects before shipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
