Responsibilities
- Manage Inventory: Oversee accurate stock counts and inventory organization for the weekend shift.
- Coordinate Freight: Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment as required by OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Assist in training and supervising weekend staff to maintain high productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Certifications: Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
