Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via CCTV systems and patrols to prevent security breaches
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations with professionalism
- Document incidents and maintain detailed activity logs
- Screen visitors and vehicles at access points following protocol
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergency responses
- Conduct regular perimeter checks of assigned properties
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Security Officer D License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year security experience in commercial/residential settings
- Excellent observational skills and situational awareness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri-Sun 10PM-6AM)
