Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client care during evening and weekend hours in residential settings
- Monitor client well-being and document service activities according to protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service continuity

- Support daily operations including medication management and care coordination
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and organizational safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare certification preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and overnight shifts (6PM-6AM)
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Excellent communication skills and crisis management abilities
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel across Dallas metro area
- Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service
