Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend and overnight shifts
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Stock inventory and maintain store presentation standards
- Monitor security protocols during low-traffic hours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed
- Complete nightly reconciliation and reporting tasks
Qualifications
- Available for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Valid driver's license (for potential supply runs)
