Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during weekend and overnight shifts
- Monitor vital signs and document patient records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and patient requests
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and safety protocols
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) preferred
- Previous healthcare or shift work experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to cover varied weekend and night schedules
- Basic computer proficiency and electronic health record (EHR) experience
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
