Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support during assigned weekend/night shifts
- Monitor patient vital signs and document observations accurately
- Assist with patient mobility, medication administration, and daily care routines
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
- Participate in shift handovers and care coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA/EMT certification preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or direct patient care experience
- Valid BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
