Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during weekend night hours (Friday-Sunday, 11 PM - 7 AM)
- Monitor security protocols and guest safety across assigned areas
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations with precision
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operations handover
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain pristine facility standards throughout shift
- Document shift activities and incident reports accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age with valid work authorization
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
