Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during weekend night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergency situations with precision
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation using electronic health systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient handovers
- Uphold strict safety protocols and HIPAA compliance standards
- Assist with patient admission/discharge procedures during overnight hours
Qualifications
- Current California CNA or LVN license required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
- BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
