Responsibilities
- Delight patients with exceptional bedside care during weekend night shifts
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress using EMR systems
- Respond promptly to patient requests and emergency situations
- Collaborate with overnight medical teams to ensure seamless care
- Maintain a clean, organized patient environment and supply inventory
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or direct patient care experience
- Valid CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation for weekend night shifts
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM Saturdays and Sundays
