Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and staging merchandise for the upcoming week.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines are strictly followed during night operations.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accurate stock levels and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve workflow bottlenecks and optimize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and night shifts.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation is required.
