Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform accurate sorting, scanning, and packing of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and inventory targets.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible hours, specifically saturdays and sundays.
- Willingness to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina required to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level roles.
