Responsibilities
- Monitor warehouse operations during evening/night shifts
- Process and sort packages with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, scanners)
- Maintain inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
