Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely load, unload, and move freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan, sort, and track incoming and outgoing packages to ensure data integrity.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging standards are met before shipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily productivity targets.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep workstations clean, organized, and clutter-free throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when scanning and handling merchandise.
