Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and cargo vehicles using proper equipment.
- Inventory Management: Sort, organize, and inventory stock items accurately to maintain warehouse standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Perform basic quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods to ensure accuracy.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and night shifts.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license or state ID required.
- Work Ethic: Dependable, punctual, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Basic English skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
